Oracle’s cloud capacity program team plays a pivotal role in managing large-scale cross-org programs and projects that span the server, data center and network verticals in addition to engineering, product, and business teams. You will partner with subject matter experts from across the company to create, manage and report on the health of the business priorities that are visible to Oracle’s highest levels of leadership. Successful candidates for this role will be excellent communicators, innately curious, and can influence outside of direct reporting lines. Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Infrastructure Sourcing and Planning organization, collaborating with partner teams to drive capacity acquisition and scaling of data center infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring that critical business initiatives and customer needs are met. The position requires close collaboration with internal customers to define requirements, develop execution plans, and ensure timely implementation of both strategic and tactical objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and program manage infrastructure contracting activities, with a focus on data center and energy procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of capacity that aligns with business growth targets.
- Support and manage cross-functional programs that drive the delivery of infrastructure capacity, partnering with both local and remote teams to facilitate seamless data center builds and expansions.
- Serve as a key point of contact for coordinating and tracking all contracting workstreams related to infrastructure scaling, including monitoring progress, identifying potential risks, developing mitigation plans, and delivering clear, executive-level reporting.
- Proactively identify and resolve scaling challenges in data center builds by analyzing forecasted growth, anticipating bottlenecks in the contracting process, and recommending effective solutions.
- Collaborate globally to design and implement process improvements in operations, aiming to streamline capacity contracting efforts while improving collaboration and reducing redundancies across partner organizations.
- Foster a culture of safety, ownership, innovation, collaboration, and accountability throughout the team and broader infrastructure organization.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to accelerate contracting cycles and improve agility in adding data center and energy resources in line with organizational needs.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements in all data center and energy contracting activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS or BA in a technical field or commensurate experience
- Experience operating in large technical environments
- Proven time, resource and project management experience
- Substantial experience of managing cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners
- Substantial experience in managing technical teams and leading engineers and technicians
- Communication skills and experience with executive reporting

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 - $199,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
