Join a team that is building the next generation of AI and data platforms not just maintaining pipelines. As a core DevOps/DataOps engineer, you will be the backbone of how large‑scale AI and ML capabilities are delivered to the business: from secure Azure networking and Zero Trust architectures to fully automated CI/CD and MLOps workflows. You will work directly with data scientists and AI engineers to turn cutting‑edge models into reliable, secure, and compliant production systems that have real business impact.
Where you'll work:
What You'll do:
AI & MLOps Platform Engineering
Design and operate CI/CD and MLOps pipelines that power data, analytics, and AI/ML workloads (training, validation, packaging, deployment, and monitoring).
Partner with AI/ML teams to industrialize use cases such as predictive analytics, GenAI assistants, and intelligent data products on Azure ML, Databricks/Synapse, and Azure AI services.
Integrate model monitoring, drift detection, and data quality checks into automated workflows so models remain trustworthy in production.
CI/CD & Automation
Build robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD for data pipelines, APIs, microservices, and ML models.
Implement quality gates, automated testing, security scanning, and promotion/rollback strategies across dev, test, and production.
Eliminate manual deployment toil through scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and reusable automation patterns.
Infrastructure as Code & Networking (Zero Trust)
Use Terraform (preferred), Terraform Cloud/Enterprise, and ARM/Bicep to define and manage all Azure infrastructure as code.
Design and manage Azure networking: VNets, subnets, NSGs, route tables, private endpoints, service endpoints, load balancers, Application Gateways, VPN, and ExpressRoute.
Implement Zero Trust principles: network isolation, Private Link, segmentation, and firewall policies that protect sensitive data and AI workloads end‑to‑end.
Build reusable Terraform modules that make it easy to spin up secure, compliant environments for new AI and data products.
Implement and manage RBAC, identity management, and policy‑as‑code to enforce separation of duties and least privilege.
Integrate security and compliance checks (SAST/DAST, container and IaC scanning, configuration and policy checks) directly into CI/CD pipelines.
What We Look For:
Strong experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD) and modern Git workflows.
Deep hands‑on expertise with Terraform (and ideally Terraform Cloud/Enterprise) and Infrastructure as Code on Azure.
Proven experience designing and managing Azure networking and secure cloud architectures (VNets, NSGs, private endpoints, VPN/ExpressRoute, Zero Trust, Private Link, segmentation).
Solid Azure data/AI background: Azure ML / Azure AI Studio, Databricks or Synapse, Storage Accounts / ADLS Gen2, containers/AKS.
Background in data platforms: Snowflake and SQL Server; experience with data integration tools (Matillion preferred, Talend, Boomi, or similar).
Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Familiarity with SOX and IT compliance; knowledge of frameworks like ISO 27001 or NIST is a plus.
8+ years in DevOps for data engineering/analytics or similar cloud environments; experience supporting production workloads at scale.
Who You Are
Excited about applying DevOps craft to real AI and ML use cases not just generic apps.
Obsessed with automation, robustness, and security; uncomfortable with fragile, manual processes.
Detail‑oriented and compliance‑minded, but pragmatic about enabling rapid experimentation.
A continuous learner who follows trends in cloud, DevOps, MLOps, and GenAI—and likes turning new ideas into working systems.
A collaborative partner who enjoys working across disciplines and leveling up teams around you.
Join our team and be a key player in transforming our data platform into a secure, efficient, and compliant powerhouse that drives our company's success.
