M&P Engineering is looking for an M&P Process Engineer (Entry or Associate Level) to provide technical support for the manufacturing of various metallic (aluminum and titanium) structures at the Boeing Commercial Aircraft (BCA) Fabrication Manufacturing Business Unit (MBU) in West Jordan, Utah.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 1+ Experience in Composite Materials Development
- 1+ Experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing
- 1+ Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly of composites structures
- 3+ years of experience working thermoset composites manufacturing of aircraft structures
- Experience with manufacturing of composites wing and empennage structures
- Familiarity with aerospace materials and process engineering
- Experience with composite and elastomers and associated processing techniques
- Strong project planning, management, and execution skills.
- Experience in completing requirements-driven materials and process analysis and compiling detailed engineering reports.
- Coordinates across multiple organizations/sites to engage appropriately skilled employees to work on projects.
- Prepares annual department budget and manages it throughout year (headcount and expenditures). Prepares monthly budgetary status reports.
- Works with site Senior Leadership to align projects with factory needs. Participates in strategy meetings to create/update technology roadmap.
- Must be able to gain trust of shop employees, technical staff, and leadership; working with them seamlessly to ensure successful project implementation.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Entry (Level 1): $71,400 - $96,600
Summary pay range for Associate (Level 2): $88,400 - $119,600
