Role Description
The Complex Director of Sales will oversee and drive sales strategies to optimize revenue growth and performance for a portfolio of properties. Responsibilities include managing a team of sales professionals, generating business leads, forming strategic partnerships, and developing innovative sales plans. The role requires monitoring market trends, executing sales presentations, and maintaining relationships with clients to support business growth. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mount Pleasant, SC.

- Exceptional Customer Service and client relationship management abilities
- Experience in Team Management and leading diverse groups to achieve organizational goals
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop competitive strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in a leadership role within hospitality sales or a multi-property environment is preferred
