Responsibilities
- Assist in the 1099 year-end and IRS submission process
- Perform accounts payable system-related activities and reporting on electronic interfaces from purchasing systems
- Review supplier integration and ensure supplier portal data is maintained and updated accurately
- Monitor outsourcing provider updates to invoices and suppliers, ensuring they are performed
- Provide analytical and dashboard reporting for process improvements
- Monitor and respond to open cases or tickets relating to inquiries or service requests
- Conduct independent bank validations
Skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
- Strong accounts payable processing capabilities
- Analytical and data analysis acumen
- Experience with 1099 year-end processes, including reconciliations and tax filings
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft or similar ERP systems
- Familiarity with Coupa, SAP, Ariba, or integrated purchasing systems
- Proactive and confident approach to problem-solving
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience
- Minimum of one year of experience in high-volume accounts payable or in data analytics
