We are searching for the best talent EM Commercial Lead – Hematology in Cairo, Egypt.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- launch excellence and pipeline planning
- Define brand (co)-positioning & strategy
- Establishing launch readiness dashboard and providing pre-launch training for OpCos
- Forecasting & Resource planning, including GFLS assessment
- Pre-launch activities and develop concrete launch plans together with OpCos

- Ensuring market understanding (market research, insights collection) & achieving the assigned business results in all EM markets for the respective TA or product by:
- Serving as knowledge& communication hub between ESO & EM
- Driving best practice sharing between EM OpCos & Guiding OpCo to identify untapped opportunities and further boost execution excellence
- Strategic Planning Exercises (short and long term)
- Drive the EM assigned business results, both short term and long term, by further strengthening cross-functional teamwork and boosting customer focus.
- Evaluate country-specific product/indication/formulation regulatory acceleration and deceleration cases before acceleration to POP and IBVT
- Conduct EM workshops, EM execution excellence trainings for first line leaders and brand managers (e.g. assertiveness training, pre-launch training, etc)
- Drive launch readiness and develop launch plans
- Lead EM Commercial network and building the best practice sharing platform across EM, identifying local best practices which can enhance business & execution excellence across EM
- Lead the development and implementation of EM tactical plans (e.g. EM multi-cluster growth initiatives
- Generate market understanding: collect market insights, build the patient funnel and identify growth drivers across EM within business cycles
- Ensure collaboration excellence with ESO identifying, representing and fulfilling the key needs of OpCos; represent EM at EMEA network platforms
- Pipeline planning at EM level – identifying the opportunities through leading the regional cross-functional assessment, interacting with IBVT, Global teams and OpCos to build the patient model, financial forecasts, assess GTM, GFLS assessment

- Field role experience is a plus, and strong executional capability

Essential Knowledge & Skills:
- Good knowledge of Hematology TA
- Strong communication skills
- Strategic thinking and understand the pipeline planning critical factors is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and lead cross-functional teams with and without authority
- Ability to effectively manage and execute complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Languages: English fluent, French or Arabic is a plus.
