The Sr. Talent Management Partner is a highly visible and strategic role reporting directly to senior leadership. This position leads enterprise talent processes, including performance management and talent and succession planning. This role also partners heavily with colleagues to design and deliver additional key and executive office talent reviews. The role requires exceptional collaboration, creative problem solving, agility, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to explore and deploy new solutions while simultaneously delivering and continuously improving existing solutions with operational excellence.
What You Will Do:
Enable employees to deliver highest and best performance by leading and continuously improving Enterprise-wide performance management process: seeking internal feedback and external best practices, ensuring HR community is well aware of the why, when and how of each step etc.
Ensure strong executive talent pipeline, in partnership with the business, by using strong attention to detail and exceptionally high standards of excellence to prepare materials throughout the year, in support of executive talent discussions and reviews.
Ensure robust talent pipelines, in partnership with the business, for key talent segments by leveraging a variety of talent management techniques designed to more deeply understand talent implications of business needs and better understand individual skills, performance and aspirations.
Collaborate with colleagues to support wide variety of high priority talent management solutions and initiatives including but not limited to: onboarding, career planning and development, the Power of Everyone via guiding Employee Resource Groups
Serve as a strategic talent advisor to the business; providing insights and creative solutions to a variety of complex talent challenges based on industry best practices that align with the Enterprise strategy
Maximize value of talent management processes/solutions to the business by facilitating best-in-class change management techniques
What You Have:
Required: Experience in a variety of talent management processes
A degree or equivalent is strongly desired.

Considers short-term and long-term as well as potential unintended consequences. Seeks additional perspective, in a timely manner, to ensure they fully understand the picture

Managing Multiple Priorities: ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation. Ability to shift or focus on certain priorities as business needs may change.
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, Anticipates and recognizes organizational, operational or process problems. Is transparent when a problem is identified and uses a variety of appropriate techniques to solve the challenge, not hesitating to engage others if/as needed.
Data Gathering and Reporting: Highly effective in gathering, combining and reporting data quickly; ability to quickly identify data outliers and trends and identify insights and potential recommendations
Talent Management: Understanding of variety of talent management solutions and techniques to close talent gaps in short and long-term.
Additional Details:
The primary location for this position is Irving, TX
This is a fully onsite role Monday to Friday in office.
To support a global business, there may be a requirement to travel up to 10%.

Summary Pay Range:
$144,960.00 - $217,320.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
