The Boeing Global Services - Government (BGS-G) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Transformation organization are seeking a knowledgeable and collaborative Experienced or Senior Supply Chain System Integrity SME (Level 3 / Level 4) to join the S/4 HANA implementation Core Team. This role will ensure our solution meets corporate policy, BPI, PRO, Government Regulation, FAR and DFARS requirements, and supports readiness for audits and contract compliance. Position Responsibilities:
Serve as the single-point SME for supply chain integrity, compliance and procedure alignment during ERP design, build, test, and cutover.
Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops to assess alignment with S/4HANA functionality.
Translate FAR/DFARS, export control, trade compliance, and applicable government contract clauses into system requirements, business processes, and test criteria.
Collaborate with Change Management team on author, review and approve supply chain procedures (PRO) and work instructions to align with the ERP configuration and regulatory needs.
Collaborate with Value Stream Leads and SAP configuration experts to define detailed business requirements and ensure fields, workflows, approvals, data retention, and audit trails meet compliance requirements
Define and own test cases/acceptance criteria for compliance-related scenarios (e.g., DPAS rating, export classification, DFARS cyber requirements, contract flow-down).
Be the escalation point for regulatory and contract questions affecting ERP design decisions; coordinate with Legal, Export Compliance, Contracts, Security, and Audit.
Support training and change management for supply chain personnel on compliant processes and system usage.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in supply chain processes and procedures.
Minimum of 1 years’ experience with FAR, DFARS, ITAR/EAR, export controls and trade compliance requirements apply to system design and procurement.
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear system and process requirements.
This position may require traveling up to 30% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in supply chain processes and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience developing procedures (PRO), internal controls, and audit artifacts; experience interacting with internal/external auditors.
Experience in driving process mapping for ERP implementation
Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.
Experience working both independently and in team environments

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range:
$90,950 - $131,100 (Level 3)
$113,150 - $163,300 (Level 4)
