Raytheon is seeking a Procurement Analyst that will report directly to the Acquisitions Senior Manager, supporting multiple programs within the Air Space Defense Systems (ASDS) Raytheon business unit.
What You Will Do
Review Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensure compliance with program and procurement requirements.
Create and administer Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Proprietary Information Agreements.
Conduct proposal and quotation activities, including competitive and sole/ single-source solicitations.
Evaluate, identify, and select suppliers that meet Raytheon/RTX requirements; perform supplier due diligence.
Execute supplier negotiations including pricing, schedules, and terms & conditions.
Administer and negotiate multiple subcontract types, including Firm Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursement, and Time & Materials, including development and R&D efforts.
Support the development of subcontract SOWs in collaboration with Program Office, Engineering, and Supply Chain leadership.
Utilize price and cost analysis techniques to determine fair and reasonable pricing.
Ensure requirements (prime contract, quality, terms & conditions) are properly communicated to suppliers.
Provide post-award subcontract management including performance monitoring, delivery assurance, and corrective action coordination.
Track and manage supplier performance metrics; recommend and implement improvements when required.
Prepare subcontract documentation fully compliant with company policies, customer requirements, and FAR/DFARS regulations.
Coordinate with commodity leads/managers, business units, and suppliers to resolve issues and support business objectives.
Communicate proactively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance with Raytheon and government procurement regulations.
Contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives within Procurement.
Assist in training and mentoring peer procurement professionals as needed.
Act as a collaborative, positive, and engaged team member.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
purchase order management experience, including documentation.
Familiarity with SAP or similar procurement/ERP tools.

Qualifications We Prefer
supplier relationship management experience.
Experience with government contracts, FAR/DFAR, and procurement compliance processes.
Proven negotiation skills across internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Experience with automation tools or procurement digital transformation initiatives.
Leadership qualities—including influence, professional presence, and ability to interface with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
Knowledge of the integrated supply chain, including strategic procurement methodologies.
Ability to interface with senior management on policies, plans, and objectives.
Strong relationship-building skills with executives, program managers, engineering, and customers.
Ability to operate with flexibility, innovation, and speed while remaining thorough and compliant.

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
