You will perform and support software development to design, develop, and test software for processing, analyzing, and presenting high-capacity data collected from safety-critical, real-time, satellite-based systems.

Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.

U.S. citizenship is required - Only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under these programs/contracts.

Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Software Engineering field, specifically in a UNIX/Linux-based environment, with expertise in C Programming, structured programming, and the full software development lifecycle.

Must have prior experience in software testing, including Unit Test, Integration Test, and System Test, along with proficiency in source code debugging using various debuggers.

Must have prior experience in source code configuration management systems such as ClearCase, ClearQuest, Jira, and BitBucket/Git.
Qualifications We Prefer:

Prior experience with C99 dialect of C, Python, SQL, Matlab, bash/ksh/Perl scripting.

Prior experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), especially kernel development.

Prior WAAS Experience and/or familiarity with WAAS processes and procedures.

Prior experience with web application development using HTML, CSS, JQuery, C#, PHP, Json, VBScript, JavaScript, Angular.

Prior knowledge of safety critical software requirements/DO-178B standards.

Prior experience with cyber security implementation.

The salary range for this role is 90,000 USD - 182,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
