About your role:
Fiserv delivers technology solutions that power payments, processing, risk and compliance for financial institutions and merchants. You will join the Talent Acquisition center of excellence in Milwaukee, WI or Berkley Heights, NJ, acting as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers to attract top candidates and improve hiring outcomes.
What you’ll do:
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for corporate roles, including job postings, applicant screening, structured interviews, assessments, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring criteria, and interview plans; advise on market and compensation trends.
- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using talent networks, direct sourcing, and recruitment marketing to build pipelines for critical roles.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate and new-hire experience through timely communication, transparency, and onboarding coordination.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, diversity metrics) and maintain accurate ATS data and candidate documentation.
- Plan, coordinate, and represent the company at on-site and off-site career events, campus recruiting activities, and hiring fairs.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, background screening processes, I-9 requirements, and internal hiring policies.

Experience you’ll need to have:
- Experience in full‑lifecycle talent acquisition for corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation.
- Experience in candidate sourcing and pipelining using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and CRM/talent pool management.
- Experience in applicant tracking systems and HRIS implementations (Workday Recruiting, Greenhouse, or Lever) including candidate workflows and integrations.
- Experience managing on-site and off-site career events, campus recruiting programs, and external vendor relationships.
- 3+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- MBA degree or relevant advanced business coursework.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting configuration, reporting, or deployment.
- Experience recruiting for corporate functions (HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Marketing) at scale.
- Experience managing relationships with external providers (background checks, assessment vendors, staffing agencies) and campus recruiting partnerships.
How you’ll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
Travel:
- Approximately 25% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.
