What You'll Be Doing
- Operate yard loader safely and efficiently to move and load materials.
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with team members to meet production and delivery schedules.
- Monitor material quality and report any issues promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

- Basic mechanical aptitude for routine equipment checks.
- Reliable and adaptable to changing work priorities.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and operate equipment for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, lifting, and climbing in and out of equipment.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Tolerance for working in outdoor conditions including heat, cold, and uneven terrain.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Compliance with all company safety and operational standards.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
