Where is the work: This position will be located in Minneapolis-MN, St. Paul-MN, or Davidson- NC and the individual will work our Standard Schedule – 4 days in office, 1-day flexible work location.

Position Overview: We are developing new digital solutions at an unprecedented rate, helping our customers to reduce energy costs and carbon impact while optimization their operations. To accelerate adoption of these new solutions, we are seeking a Digital Solutions Commercialization Leader to spearhead the commercialization of our newest and most sophisticated digital solutions. This role requires orchestration of multiple channels, partners, and suppliers to bring net new solutions to the market and grow them quickly to generate significant value for our customers. In this role, you will also oversee commercialization efforts for new digital solutions across all business units and regions, ensuring alignment with our overall strategy and goals.
What you will do:
• Lead the commercialization strategy for new and complex digital solutions, ensuring rapid market entry and customer adoption, along with significant revenue growth.
• Orchestrate multiple channels, partners, and suppliers to bring new digital products and services to market.
• Oversee commercialization efforts across all business units and regions, ensuring optimal execution and rapid adoption.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and distribution plans for digital solutions.
• Take ownership and accountability for digital revenue targets; and work with business units to drive success at scale.
• Coordinate with product development, marketing, sales, and other functional teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform commercialization strategies and drive continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and customers.
• Develop compelling communication around the value proposition and differentiation of digital solutions to competitive offers and alternative solutions.
• Lead the execution of detailed demand planning and forecasting for digital solutions based on input from industry, market, and competitor analyses.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize commercialization strategies and drive performance metrics.
• Advocate for the commercialization strategy across the broader organization, ensuring buy-in and support from all relevant parties.
What you will bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or other technical-related degree.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of overall experience with increasing levels of complexity, including a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in product commercialization, marketing, sales, or other relevant areas.
• Demonstrated success in launching and commercializing complex digital products and services or similar initiatives.
• Demonstrated success starting from abstract business needs, developing multi-faceted strategies to address those business needs, and executing those strategies to achieve optimal business results.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to work across different functions.
• Excellent organizational skills and flexibility to handle a variety of time-sensitive tasks and projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and provide effective support on a broad range of activities requiring attention to detail.
• Solid analytical and communication skills with demonstrated success communicating with a variety of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of digital product development and commercialization processes preferred.
