About the Role
We’re looking for aSr Salesforce Administrator to serve as our Salesforce SME and lead complex configuration, automation, integration, and data governance initiatives across multiple business units. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who can balance strategic systems thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, remote environment. This position is required to work EST hours.
What You’ll Do

Lead complex configuration and automation projects across multiple teams/business units.

Act as the Salesforce subject matter expert (SME) and primary liaison between Operations, IT, and business stakeholders.

Own integration management, including Salesforce APIs, data flows, and third-party app connections—ensuring reliability, scalability, and governance.

Design and enforce system architecture standards, ensuring alignment with company strategy and compliance needs.

Translate business requirements into scalable solutions using advanced automation (Flows, validation rules/logic, approvals, etc.).

Champion user adoption through thoughtful communication, enablement, and process optimization.

Proactively identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and improved user experience.

Manage data audits, integrity controls, and security/compliance best practices.

Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Mentor and support junior team members, serving as the first escalation point for complex issues.
What We’re Looking For (Required Qualifications)

5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, including 1+ year as a solo or lead admin.

Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service in a large and/or complex Salesforce environment.

Current Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).

Demonstrated expertise in:

Automation tools (especially Flow)

Integration management (APIs, data flows, connected apps, third-party tools)

Data governance and ongoing integrity practices

Strong ability to assess business requests for technical feasibility and strategic alignment before implementation.

Excellent prioritization, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to operate autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Advanced Salesforce certifications: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder (or similar).

Experience building/administering governance frameworks, scalable admin patterns, and enterprise-grade documentation.
-
Background supporting multi-department workflows (Sales, Support, Ops, Field teams).
