Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a Summer 2026 RMS Supply Chain Intern. In this role you will work directly with industry suppliers to request and receive quotations that support LM procurement efforts, creating and issuing RFQs in the LM procurement system (LMP2P) to qualified suppliers. You will be responsible for follow up communication on drawing and requirement questions, ensuring accurate price entry in LMP2P, and analyzing vendor responses to align them with proposal needs while maximizing competition. The successful candidate should be eager to gain experience in both Lockheed Martin procurement processes and supplier interfacing. Additional duties may include conducting supplier proposal evaluations using financial analysis techniques, assisting with purchase order creation and administration, and helping ensure on time delivery of material for critical defense programs. The position requires on site presence at a Lockheed Martin location two days per week and U.S. citizenship.
Basic Qualifications:Pursuing an accredited degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations or similar discipline
Basic Knowledge Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
Proficient in data analysis/reporting tools.
Must be a US citizen
Desired Skills:Proficient organization skills, attention to detail, effective communication skills (written and oral), and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment it is a must.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
