Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our Material Maintenance Operations team to support our Executive Fleet program in San Antonio, TX.
Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with production planning and operations teams to ensure material supply aligns with production schedules and delivery targets
- Identify supply chain risks, including supplier capacity issues and material shortages; develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions
- Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency projects through supplier negotiations, process optimization, and lean principles ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)/MRP (Material Requirements Planning) System Utilization
- Manage supply chain processes using ERP and MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle); support system enhancements and data accuracy initiatives
- Partner with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations and resolve issues proactively
- Analyzes complex material requirements and verifies/incorporates bills of material into production plans
- Ensure on-time delivery
- Apply change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions.
- Apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the supply chain.
- Coordinates with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers.
- Incorporates Bills of Material (BOM) and schedules into a production plan.
- Coordinates part number attributes.
- Verify the released engineering BOM has been correctly implemented in the material planning system.
- Release and maintain orders
- Document and resolve order delinquencies
- Report schedule adherence issues
- Applies developed solutions to inventory plans.
- Analyze and disposition excess and obsolete inventories.
- Creates schedules for products and services.
- Coordinate and supports process improvements
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience working in an environment with competing and changing priorities
- 1+ years executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service
- + years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Materials Management
- 1+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management
- Ability to work variable shifts (i.e. scheduled and unscheduled overtime; weekends and holidays) to support mission requirements and workload
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry
- 3+ years of with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product)
- 3+ years of experience with REDARS

Summary Starting Pay Range: $68,000 - $80,000
