The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
The Enterprise Applications Services (EAS) team within RTX Technologies Corporate has an immediate opening for a RapidResponse/Maestro IT Analyst in the Planning and Materials team supporting Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro.
What You Will Do:
Support the sustainment of installed Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro application and related integrated applications and systems. Involves working in a fast-paced team environment with other IT analysts to design and test proposed solutions to identified issues and requests. Tasks will include coordinating technical design, testing, and maintenance of technical solutions. This is a role that requires a strong analyst background with both technical and functional skills. The candidate must be a self-starter, able to work unsupervised and have a knowledge of and passion for Material Requirements Planning (MRP). The candidate will involve the data integration of SAP systems SAP ECC instances and SAP Business Warehouse instance into the Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro software application. This consists of automated chains, scenarios and Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro application support tasks like control set table updates, macro & profile updates, configuration, global, workbook links, scenario perspectives updates and site filters. In addition, it encompasses the development and maintenance of core and supporting workbooks, the oversight of core Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro components like dashboards, widgets, hierarchies, filters and task flows and daily execution tasks including but not limited to reviewing the MRP planning variances and direct support of business users as well as the importation of the Production Operating Plan (PROP) and rough-cut capacity planning (RCCP) databases. Candidates are expected to provide sustaining support to a broad and dispersed customer base in key business process areas in the manufacturing life cycle throughout Raytheon. Candidates are expected to work directly with business unit process experts, technical programmers and other IT team members for requirements gathering, testing, and deployment as well as direct end user support. Some travel to various Raytheon sites as required to support requirements gathering, solution testing and deployment support activities.
Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor of Science degree with at least 5+ years of experience supporting Kinaxis Rapid Response integrated with an SAP ECC 6.0 / ERP landscape. Experience includes functional requirements gathering, solution development, and testing of software changes.

Knowledge of Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Material Management processes with focus on operations requirements planning and simulation, procurement and Supplier.

Knowledge of technical solution development process and system integration techniques with strong analytical skills and technical troubleshooting skills

Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint and must be well organized and ability to perform multiple tasks against schedule.

Certifications in Author 1, Contributor 1, Admin 1& Author 2

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong team relationships with remote partners and customers

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
