About your role:
At Fiserv, we enable clients to move money and data securely and efficiently through innovative payments and financial services technology. The Senior Relationship Manager will own a book of business totaling $50M+ in annual processing revenue, focused on client retention and expansion. You will partner with enterprise clients and internal teams to align Fiserv solutions to client strategy and drive measurable outcomes.
What you’ll do:
- Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, acting as the primary client advocate for retention, risk mitigation, and revenue growth.
- Proactively identify client needs, prepare proposals, and design solution recommendations using Fiserv product suites to increase client value and adoption.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and influencers at all levels to safeguard relationships and surface expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional Fiserv teams (product, operations, implementation, risk, finance) to resolve issues, review monthly performance, and implement corrective actions to control liability.
- Lead contract renewals and commercial negotiations as client agreements near expiry.
- Track account health, revenue performance, and churn drivers to inform strategic plans and escalation paths.

Experience you’ll need to have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise account management or strategic relationship management with large, complex clients.
- 3+ years of experience in negotiating commercial contracts and enterprise agreements.
- 3+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Familiarity with the Canadian payments landscape and regulatory environment.
- Proven track record driving incremental revenue growth within existing enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating large, complex enterprise contracts.
- Experience working with enterprise onboarding, implementation, or professional services teams.
How you’ll work:
- This role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment.
Travel:
- Approximately 10-15% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.
