Job Summary
This position offers an exciting opportunity to join the Distribution Services team within Hilton's Global Distribution Organization. You will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate payment of commissions for Group Meetings and Events across Hilton's global portfolio of over 6500 hotels. Working with Online Travel Agencies, Travel Management Companies, Meeting Planner Companies, and key accounts worldwide, you will be responsible for maintaining established production goals while ensuring that commission-related needs are met and exceeded. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to both internal hotel partners and external meeting planner companies.
Responsibilities
- Research information and analyze data to arrive at objective conclusions, recommendations, and plans of action within the FastPay program
- Suggest improvements and enhancements related to FastPay processes and procedures
- Manage the commission payment process cycle through research, special projects, and internal control procedures
- Perform reconciliations of hotel supporting documentation to Meeting Planner Company invoices, including researching, resolving, and reporting any variances
- Support all US, Canada, and Mexico Hilton branded properties participating in the program by providing mentorship on required approvals, information input, and meeting pickup for processing commission payments
- Assist with adjustments and modifications as applicable to ensure accurate commission processing
- Provide customer service support to Meeting Planner Companies and perform functions related to special projects or ad-hoc requests
- Communicate results and recommend improvements to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Experience
- One (1) year of professional experience
- One (1) year of experience in customer service.
- Experience working with MS Office Suite
- One (1) year of Finance or Accounting experience preferred
- One (1) year of experience in Data Entry
- Knowledge of all FastPay processes preferred
- Knowledgeable of all travel agency commission-processing systems or research and special projects preferred
