The Strata program’s mission is to provide visualization services that facilitate access to GEOINT data and products in an online, on-demand environment to agencies across the Federal Government. The GVS suite of services are provided to the community in various formats to allow integration across a wide variety of client technologies and applications. Strata also provides applications that can be used to visualize GEOINT as well as additional utilities & technologies that aid in visualization.
Successful candidates for this position will have training (BS) in a science or technology related discipline, multiple years of experience in systems engineering, and previous experience working within a team environment utilizing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other agile software methodologies and processes.
The Strata program is seeking a Dev Sec Ops Engineer to become a member of their software deployment team.
You will support multiple teams across the GVS program in an Agile team environment. The team deploys custom, GOTS and COTS software and supports our internal and external customers by assisting with questions and troubleshooting.
You will work effectively within a team and across multiple engineering functions (Development, Security, Systems Engineering, and Tier 2 Operations teams) to provide our customers with a secure system and new capabilities.
Candidate is expected to collaborate cross-functionally with government personnel, subcontractors, local engineers, and geographically dispersed teammates.
Applicant needs to have both strong technical and personal skills. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
A TS/SCI clearance is required for this role, but not a requirement to start.
Final Secret clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:- Prior experience working with one or more of the following environments and applications:
-- Red Hat Linux
-- AWS
- Prior Linux systems administrator experience
- Prior experience working within SAFe or other Agile Release Trains
- Experiencing writing scripts
- Prior Tier 3 troubleshooting experience
- TS/SCI clearance is required for this position; Final Top Secret clearance is required to start
Desired Skills:- Prior experience applying STIGs
- Experience with ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Enterprise or Map of the World
- Experience with Chef, Ansible, Gitlab or Docker
- Windows systems administrator experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
