Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time Early Career Supply Chain Finance Analyst. In this role, you will:
• Generate and validate monthly material cost reporting for Estimate at Complete (EAC) preparation and analysis utilizing SAP, MRP, and Tableau data outputs.
• Prepare and analyze monthly Purchase Price Variance (PPV) results; identify and distribute top drivers to Cost Account Managers (CAMs) in order to obtain root cause analyses, reconcile to EAC output and validate against Over Target Approvals (OTAs).
• Summarize and distribute the monthly material Target cost gaps report used in the OTA and PPV processes.
• Monitor and report on production / procurement changes that impact EACs, including Engineering Changes and Make-Buy updates.
• Generate the monthly material base forecast; identify and distribute actual results by supplier and part against the forecast by program. Leverage forecasts to support long-range and annual material planning.
• Evaluate Early Spend Requests (ESRs) for financial viability.
• Work with the Lockheed Martin FAST team and others to continue to streamline, enhance and automate material cost reporting inputs/outputs.
• Document and maintain end-to-end process / data flows for key processes including material EACs, PPV and Over Targets Approvals.
This analyst position will support Supply Chain, Operations, Operations Finance, and Programs Finance to provide material cost reporting and will be a key contributor to enhancing the overall material reporting processes and tools.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a team environment and advance capability with Microsoft Excel in order manage high volumes of data while exhibiting strong analytical ability and degree of accuracy.
This position is a part of the Early Career Development Program (ECDP) within the Finance and Business Operations (F&BO) function. The program is approximately 2.5 to 3 years in duration (may vary based on employee’s start date), and typically consists of a standardized training curriculum, various learning and networking opportunities and formal mentorship, all of which are designed to provide a broad background in various facets of F&BO at Lockheed.

Basic Qualifications:•Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college in Accounting, Finance or Business, or a related discipline.
• Advance capability with Microsoft Excel including macros, Power Query, V-look ups, etc.
• Ability to work with high volumes of data exhibiting strong analytical ability and degree of accuracy.
Desired Skills:• Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills, detail oriented, and a problem solver.
• Be able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
