The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of the objectives of Supply Chain in providing operational consistency and initiative success to the overall Supply Chain organization. This role will provide analytical support to initiative and operational leadership within the Supply Chain team while also assuming responsibility for the delivery of tactical initiatives. This role will operate with a high level of cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain as well as with other enterprise functions (Store Operations, Merchandising, Tech, Finance, and others) and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
Performs detailed analysis (quantitative and qualitative) to support the development of Supply Chain capabilities
Develops and/or oversees the execution of change management plans to drive initiative adoption, including facilitating onsite or virtual training sessions when needed.
Identifies risks to strategic Supply Chain initiatives and supports the development of risk mitigation plans.
Manages cross-functional relationships that enable the successful implementation of Supply Chain initiatives.
Analyzes Supply Chain data and provides actionable performance recommendations to leadership.
Collects post-project or post-event feedback to support future continuous improvement solutions.
Supports the development and tracking of project plans to ensure the timely delivery of the desired output.
Performs ad hoc competitive and market analysis.
Supports the timely resolution of issues that impact successful operational execution.
Facilitates the identification of operational issues to analyze and reveal trends.
Develops reporting and tracking mechanisms and tools to track the performance of Supply Chain initiatives against Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), including summarized views of performance as needed.
Serves as project manager when needed and communicates frequently to Project Sponsors/Business leads and other stakeholders regarding project status, issues, risks, lessons learned, and accomplishments.
Supports the Supply Chain portfolio intake process as needed.
Analyze operational problems and implement analytics solutions that enable business improvements through modeling, analytical reviews, data mining, and other analytical methods
Subject matter expert and liaison for cross-functional efforts. Assist with the design and development of value.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field or 5-7 Years supply chain, logistics, operations, or project coordination roles, preferably in a retail or distribution setting, or equivalent experience.
5-7 Years Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
5-7 Years Ability to work across multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
5-7 Years Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
5-7 Years Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
5-7 Years Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
5-7 Years High level of initiative and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
