Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Supplier Quality Specialist (Associate or Experienced) to join our Supplier Quality team located in Red Oak, TX!
Position Responsibilities:
- Assists with audits and assessments of supplier's systems, processes and products. Documents audit and assessment results.
- Inspects or verifies less complex products for compliance.
- Monitors supplier quality related activities and reports issues.
- Plans and conducts audits and assessments of supplier's systems, processes and products.
- Documents and reports audit and assessment results. Inspects or verifies products for compliance with requirements.
- Assists with assessments of supplier capability and capacity to perform current or potential future work.
- Provides supplier education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives.
- Resolves routine issues and concerns.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- More than 1 year of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
- More than 1 year of experience have collecting, organizing, and analyzing data; summarizing findings; and developing conclusions
- More than 1 year of experience in inspection and inspection techniques
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Level 3: More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- More than 1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- More than 1 year of experience performing quality inspections on machined parts and mechanical assemblies
- Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standard
- Experience inspecting aerospace wire harnesses

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for associate level (Level 2): USD 83,300 – 112,700
Summary pay range for experienced level (Level 3): USD 102,000 – 138,000
