Answer Action Requests (AR) related to Off Board Prognostic Health Management (OBPHM) processing in Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS)

Investigate and support resolution of fleet wide data quality issues to maintain fleet safety and maximize time on wing. Support F135 transition to condition-based maintenance /inspection (CBM/CBI)

Communicate daily with Field Service Engineers to troubleshoot engine and software issues to provide technical support for all F-35 locations at operational units, flight test locations, aircraft depots and aircraft FACOs

Reconcile ALIS engine life data discrepancies Support testing of new system support hardware

Support mishap, engineering, reliability, and quality investigations

Create and update Propulsion Aircraft Data Load (PADL) files for aircraft load

Update and correct Propulsion Aircraft Interface Health Management (PAIHM) XML files for ALIS consumption

Develop software tools and databases to improve efficiency and productivity in responding to field issues.

Ability to travel up to 10% mostly to our F135 customer field sites

Knowledge of programming language (preferably Python) with the ability to build and modify scripts.

Experience troubleshooting computer software issues by reviewing log data.

Unwavering customer focus with demonstrated ability to work effectively in a time sensitive and multi-disciplined dynamic environment.

Advanced degree in engineering/technical discipline, business, supply chain management, logistics, operations or other related fields.

Strong technical knowledge of gas turbine systems and airframe physical/ functional integration.

Extensive knowledge of Military Engine products, experience with F135 engines.

Knowledge of engine systems operation, software development processes, and configuration management.

The Military Customer Support & Services organization (MCS&S) is seeking an individual to join its 5th Generation organization (F135 and F119 Engine programs). The F135 engine program that powers the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter has a high visibility position for a motivated, self-starting Engineer. As part of MCS&S, you will support customers in the field across three different US military services and a multitude of international military services. This role will be supporting the sustainment of the F135 propulsion system. The selected candidate will be working directly with the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO), Pratt & Whitney Field Services Engineers, PW Engineering and F135 Logistics Program Management.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
