About this position What you'll do
- Technical sales through customer and project consulting on adhesive applications for the product ranges Piping, Sealants, and PU
- Handling technically demanding inquiries from retail and industrial partners in the sanitary channel in cooperation with our distributors
- Receiving, processing, and resolving complaints
- Coordinating and aligning customer trainings and product demonstrations with a focus on selling specific Henkel solutions
- Activating the distribution partner’s sales organization to expand reach within the target group
- Close alignment of customer and channel requirements with product development and other internal stakeholders
- Ensuring internal visibility of one’s work as an integral part of the sales team
