Job Duties
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within the Treasury team and lead the Center of Excellence. Provides leadership and direction to a team of managers/supervisors and individual contributors. Overall Treasury practices have been established, but there is a continual need to interpret and coordinate treasury activities and standardize processes resulting from constantly changing business conditions and ongoing business system transformations.
Job Duties/ Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Knowledge of the principles and methods of managing treasury; ability to use tools, techniques and processes to maximize the value of an organization's financial assets and revenue while minimizing risk.
• Knowledge of effective team building techniques; ability to form and manage effective teams.
• Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
• Knowledge of the principles and methodology of cash management; ability to use tools, techniques and processes to administer inflows and outflows.
• Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.
• Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
• Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Basic Qualifications:
Skills:
o Strong business acumen with a high degree of process and functional knowledge of end-to-end Treasury processes, finance transformation, global business services.
o Strategic mindset, action-oriented, drive for continuous improvement, ability to manage change and embrace disruption.
o Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholder groups to drive outcomes.
o Excellent interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively, advise on challenging issues, and influence others inside and outside the organization to take specific action.
o Incumbent must demonstrate initiative, leadership, excellent analytical skills, problem solving, good judgment and superior communication skills.
o Experience supporting Cash Management and Treasury Technology processes in a shared services environment preferred.
o Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with multiple Business Units and teams across the globe.
o Highest level of integrity with attention to detail.
o Microsoft 0ffice365: strong knowledge of main applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams,…)
Education:
o Requires a college degree in finance, economics or business administration or equivalent experience in the areas of foreign exchange, commodity management, economics, cash management, banking, financial markets or funding.
o Eight to ten years of progressively responsible job-related experience is typically required.
Other:
o Flexibility to work some U.S./EAME shift hours is required.
o Moderate travel required (between 5% to 15% of working time).

Prior experience in:
o Treasury management
o Cash management
o Treasury technology management
o Working in a Shared Service environment
