This position is the role of a seasoned project management professional. They will manage manages projects that have substantial R&D value, are moderate to complex in nature, and are managed with limited supervision. This position requires a thorough understanding in program and project management tools & processes. Ability to facilitate programs, leads chartering sessions, develops/validates network diagrams and lead integration & compression sessions. Work assignments may be specialized in nature but may also be broad based with coordination between other staff personnel to complete a larger, more complex program.
Role Definition -Assists Program Manager with the management of more complex projects within a corporate program.
Responsibilities
Tracking progress according to program schedules and goals; developing solutions to program problems.
Participating in the preparations of proposals, plans, and program specifications.
Developing the project scope documents, project timetables and other documents that would be provided to Project Managers.
Monitoring the scheduling, budget, and performance of company programs.
Degree Requirement - Degree or equivalent experience desired

- Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.

Office Location: IL–Peoria, Building LC Office. This position requires on-site presence five days a week.
Summary Pay Range:
$95,640.00 - $143,520.00
