As a Condition Monitoring Advisor at Caterpillar, you will help our customers prevent downtime through condition monitoring techniques. You will generate powerful & accurate recommendations that will enable aftermarket services growth as well as stronger relationships with our customers. This includes analysis of electronic, fluids, and and other equipment and fleet data. This position requires working onsite five days a week.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with diesel engines
- Proficiency in using condition monitoring tools and software
- Proven experience in condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, product experience, or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Programming skills in Python or Snowflake
- Experience using Generative AI to generate value
