Overview
The Bilingual Project Manager is responsible for managing operational, analytical, and coordination activities that support ABM’s large-scale service programs within high-precision semiconductor construction and manufacturing environments. This role requires advanced skills in data analysis, workflow optimization, process planning, and cross-functional communication with Korean and U.S. engineering and operations teams.
A bachelor’s degree or higher is required, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline. The position demands professional-level competencies in operational analytics, technical coordination, and industrial systems oversight—beyond bilingual communication alone.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Operational Data Analysis & Productivity Optimization• Analyze workforce utilization, workflow performance metrics, CMMS data, and operational logs to improve productivity and reduce cost variances.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across multiple phases of semiconductor support operations and propose data-driven improvements.
• Apply analytical methodologies to enhance throughput, minimize downtime, and ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety requirements in controlled environments.
2. KPI Development, Reporting & Documentation• Create and maintain bilingual (Korean–English) KPI dashboards and analytical reports for internal leadership and client representatives.
• Summarize trends related to safety performance, schedule adherence, labor forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all technical documentation in alignment with semiconductor industry cleanroom and operational standards.
3. Workflow & Process Coordination• Support planning and coordination of operational sequences, logistics, manpower scheduling, and access control procedures within active semiconductor facilities.
• Collaborate with ABM field teams, subcontractors, and engineering groups to ensure smooth alignment of workflow, contamination control processes, and safety protocols.
• Monitor operational status and implement corrective actions when deviations occur.
4. Leadership & Quality Oversight• Supervise, train, and evaluate cleaning and support personnel to ensure work quality meets semiconductor cleanliness and safety standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and verify compliance with cleanliness procedures, contamination prevention protocols, and environmental health and safety (EHS) requirements.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy.
5. Client Relations & Cross-Cultural Communication• Serve as a key liaison between Korean engineering teams and U.S. operations, enabling accurate technical communication and alignment of expectations.
• Facilitate bilingual communication for operational planning, process clarification, and project updates, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders by providing clear, data-driven reports and proactive issue management.
6. Compliance, Safety & Documentation Standards• Ensure full adherence to ABM, client, and regulatory EHS protocols, including PPE requirements, cleanroom gowning, and contamination control measures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of labor hours, inspections, material usage, and incident reports.
• Uphold data integrity and documentation consistency in accordance with semiconductor operational guidelines.
