KBR's office in Newark, DE holds a leading role in our Integrated Solutions business, providing engineering and project deliverables to our clients. Services include front-end and detailed engineering, procurement, construction services, and program management primarily in the hydrocarbons and energy transition industries.

Project Controls
We are looking for Project Controls new graduates interested in a full-time career as a professional in Project Controls (Cost/Scheduling).
Under direct supervision, you will perform assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic project controls principles. You will use judgment in making selections and adaptation of cost/scheduling alternatives and perform specific and well-defined assignments.

The key duties and responsibilities for this role include:
Actively participates in recording actual and committed cost and workhours, development of project variances, trending and analysis of commitments and expenditures and development of the project forecast and cash flow.
Actively participates in the administration of the change control process.
Actively participates in development and completion of job progress milestones through scheduling.
Actively participates in coordination with procurement and material mangers as well as engineering work group leads pertaining to essential items of supply.
Actively participates in identification of priorities for projects to guarantee completion.
Complete assigned tasks with consideration of the budgeted work hours and schedule commitments.
Job Requirements
Recently graduated from an accredited college or university with a preferred baccalaureate or master's degree in Engineering, Finance or Business
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to function within a project team
Must be able to self-lead and communicate to all levels of project team, including management and clients
