The Supply Chain Quality Assurance Team Member is primarily responsible for supporting operations. This role is responsible for store replenishment, auditing, customer fulfillment, research, load planning, allocation, and delivery management. This role is the Warehouse Management System (WMS) technical lead. The Supply Chain Quality Assurance Team Member ensures the correct quantity and quality of product gets to the customer by monitoring the products and the accuracy of the facility's processes. In addition, this role creates and monitors the facility shrink budget, cataloging gains and losses. This role also organizes an inventory cycle count bi-annually for the facility. The Supply Chain Quality Assurance Team Member is responsible for other duties as assigned by the operations leadership team.

What You Will Do
- Ensures customer orders are fulfilled per quality guidelines performing inspections of products prior to delivery to customers and documenting results in accordance with established procedures
- Ensures products meet the highest standards of quality and customer expectations met, if not exceeded
- Researches and resolves inventory discrepancies
- Researches and resolves cancelled picks, picks on hold, and other applicable duties
- Researches and monitors Flatbed Fulfillment Center (FFC) shrink daily providing key information to FFC Operations Support Supervisor
- Communicates compliance issues to FFC Operations Support Supervisor
- Reports WMS issues impacting day-to-day operations and optimization troubleshooting and providing support to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Audits processes across the facility ensuring correct processes are utilized, recording inaccuracies, and providing information to the FFC Operations Support Supervisor
- Conducts audits on shipments and warehouse cycle schedules
- Works closely with supervisors and associates to correct errors
- Delivers coaching and feedback to team members related to quality performance and safe behaviors
- Identifies and resolves any safety issues on the floor and notifies the appropriate party for resolution if necessary
- Performs other quality assurance job duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 2 years’ experience in quality assurance and distribution center operations
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Basic computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with software applications such as Excel, Access, and WMS
- Experience using troubleshooting processes to resolve problems
Preferred Skills/Education
- Experience managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously requiring a strong ability to prioritize and manage time
