The chosen candidate will be responsible for oversight of Industrial Security at 12 cleared locations consisting of 22 cleared facilities located in the Eastern Region of the U.S. and will have direct management oversight for 10 security managers/Facility Security Officers (FSOs). You will provide expert advice and direction as it relates to more complex Industrial Security matters outside the scope of general FSO responsibilities and interpret emerging Industrial Security related policies to ensure a compliant security program that enables secure program execution. This position requires close collaboration with Executive Site Leads, Program Managers and Security peers to ensure secure program execution across the Raytheon and RTX portfolio. You will have to have Uncompromising ethics and integrity in order too be successful in this position. You also must have the ability to travel to sites as needed.
What You Will Do

Collaborate with Defense Counterintelligence & Security Agency (DCSA) Regional Directors to address issues, brief upcoming program needs and to ensure consistent interpretation of NISPOM requirements issues

Work closely with Raytheon & RTX peers to develop innovative methods, utilizing CORE, for streamlining processes throughout all facilities and ensure consistent practices are being driven across the businesses

Participate in RLPM (RTX Lifecycle Program Management) process to ensure resources are commensurate for the security requirements of new business opportunities

Provide expert advice and direction as it relates to more complex Industrial Security matters outside the scope of general FSO responsibilities

Interpret emerging Industrial Security related policy, both internal and external, and provide direction on best courses of action for implementation through collaborative teaming

Review all Administrative Inquiries within the region to ensure professional quality reporting as well as consistent disciplinary actions

Validate self-inspection corrective actions are complete prior to submission to the Defense Counterintelligence & Security Agency (DCSA) as required

Consult with Executive Site Leaders and other key stakeholders to ensure business expectations are being met and proper resources are allocated to meet current and future program needs.

Responsible for the security budget of managed locations

Office location can be any of these MA locations (Tewksbury, Andover, Woburn or Marlborough) or Portsmouth, RI
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience.

Knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual requirements

Experience collaborating vertically and horizontally within an organization hierarchy

Experience interacting with Defense Counterintelligence & Security Agency or other Cognizant Security Agency personnel

Previous experience as a Facility Security Officer with a strong track record of positive assessment results

Outstanding interpersonal skills and experience briefing to senior leadership

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
