About your role:
Fiserv is a global leader in payments and financial services technology, delivering solutions that power commerce for businesses and consumers. The Client Support team partners with production, technology, and development to ensure accurate daily operations, reconciliation, and high client satisfaction. As a Client Support Professional, you will work directly with clients and internal teams to resolve issues, validate work, and drive continuous service improvements.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain positive, trust-based relationships with multiple clients through proactive communication and timely follow-up.
- Serve as a primary client contact for product- and service-related inquiries, answer questions, and manage quote and order entry
- Execute daily reconciliation, transaction validation, and exception handling to support the production facility.
- Triage and escalate production issues to technology and development teams; coordinate root-cause analysis and resolution plans.
- Act as the conduit for internal and external customers to the processing and manufacturing of their products
- Cross-train across related functions to provide flexible coverage and help meet service-level objectives.
- Maintain current industry and product knowledge to advise clients on creative and compliant solutions.

Experience you’ll need to have:
- 2+ years of experience in client services or client-facing support in a fast-paced operations or production environment.
- 1+ years of experience in CRM and ticketing platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
- 2+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- 1+ years of experience in reconciliation, billing processes, and financial transaction validation.
- 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formula-based analysis.
- Exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau for client-facing dashboards.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving production, technology, and development stakeholders.
How you’ll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
Travel:
- Approximately 10% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.
