About this PositionWe are seeking a strategic and analytical EMEA Sales Steering Manager (d/f/m) HCB Pro to monitor performance, drive growth across channels, steer key initiatives, and enable alignment across regional and local sales teams.
What you´ll do
- Translate EMEA commercial strategy into actionable plans and measurable results
- Drive customer base growth, sales performance, and sales force efficiency
- Monitor and analyze Customer Base performance (Professional Haircare Brands), NCA/SOW, and key KPIs
- Support and track PRIO 1 innovations and new product placements
- Consolidate and share regional sales KPIs and insights via Power BI and other reporting tools
- Coordinate Funnel & Growth Initiatives and RGM performance updates
- Lead strategic projects and ad-hoc analyses on sales potential, customer base, and brand performance
- Maintain reporting tools/SharePoint, prepare business reviews, and act as a communication hub
