Key Responsibilities
- Lead one or more scrum teams delivering customer-facing applications to a global user base.
- Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and grow developers into high-performing contributors.
- Manage project schedules, dependencies, and risks with precision.
- Own the hiring process: conduct interviews and onboard top talent.
- Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate across global teams to align on architecture and delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven leadership in agile/lean environments with hands-on experience running scrum teams.
- Strong background in full-stack development using:
- Frontend: Angular 15, HTML5, CSS3, Webpack, TypeScript & Node JS
- Backend: Java, J2EE, C#.NET / .NET Core, WebAPI, RESTful services
- Infrastructure: AWS & Azure
- Experience with scalable systems and time-series data processing.
- Familiarity with software design patterns and Test-Driven Development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and time management.
- Ability to mentor, prioritize, and drive team velocity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

- Passion for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
- Experience with mobile-first and responsive web design.
- Knowledge of tiered, microservice-based architecture.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.

Success Metrics
- Drive end-to-end product development: analysis, architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Sustain and enhance existing products with feature improvements.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Architects, and Engineering leadership to track and deliver features.
- Define and execute technical strategy for next-gen Web UI frameworks.
- Partner with UI/UX teams to optimize performance and scalability.
- Inspire ownership and accountability across the team.
