THE WORKThe Quality Senior Manager is responsible for all aspects of quality and mission success as the leader of the RMS Electrical Product Center (EPC). This position will report to the Director of Quality for the MIC2 line of business & EPC.
The candidate will provide leadership to the EPC Quality organization, which includes Program Quality, Production Quality, Engineering Quality, Supplier Quality, and Inspection. The candidate will be responsible for executing and implementing all Quality strategies and objectives across all programs at EPC. This includes, but is not limited to: ensuring flow-down and execution of all Quality Contract requirements; Quality functional support to all programs in production; establishing and managing to Quality performance metrics, implementation of activities that support digital transformation; and ensuring the Quality Program Team model is supported on all programs.
The candidate will also provide leadership through identification and implementation of process improvement efforts, as well as cross-functional collaboration with RMS Quality initiatives including, but not limited to: Corrective Action Board (CAB), Root Cause Analysis, Engineering Quality, Inspection Planning, Data Analytics, Quality improvement plans, and proactive process audits. This role is also accountable for ensuring AS9100 QMS compliance, establishing and performing to annual budgets, headcount planning, Quality metrics, employee hiring, growth & development, employee performance and training requirements.
Primary Customers/External Interaction: Key interface and establishment of effective partnerships with all corresponding Customer Oversight Agencies (i.e. DCMA, MDA, DoD Customer, LM BA customers, external non-LM customers, Operations, LM program teams, and cross-functional counterparts.

Basic Qualifications:Ability to partner across functions and with internal and external customers.
Quality and/or Manufacturing Operations experience.
Experience in RCCA, Lean Six Sigma Tools and AS9100-certified Quality Management Systems.
US citizenship required.
Desired Skills:Demonstrated employee leadership and development. Experienced leading Bid, Proposal and Estimating efforts and the development of Quality Assurance Basis of Estimates (BOE)
Demonstrated ability to develop compelling strategies that drive business results.
Experience in a high volume/fast paced production environment.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
