Description:You will be the HWIL RFS PC Deputy Team Lead for the RF Sensors Product Center HWIL team. Our team is responsible for developing and integrating real‑time, closed‑loop hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HWIL) subsystems that characterize RF sensor performance.
What You Will Be Doing
As the HWIL RFS PC Deputy Team Lead you will be responsible for guiding the architecture, design, integration, and test of complex HWIL simulation subsystems while supporting cross‑disciplinary engineering efforts.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Architect, design, integrate, and test complex HWIL simulation subsystems.
- Oversee system analyses that support HWIL modeling and simulation.
- Provide technical oversight of subcontractor vendors.
- Lead Agile task planning and execution as the team Product Owner.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
- Active Secret Clearance Required
- Experience architecting, design, and integrating simulation capabilities in HWIL labs
- Experience integrating and testing RF Sensors
- Experience using RF Test Equipment including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and Oscilloscopes
- Experience in Subcontractor Supplier Management
- Ability to travel to LM MFC in Orlando to support HWIL capability integration
Desired Skills:- Master’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Experience in Team Leadership and Cost Account Management (CAM)
- Experience with Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process including working through System Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), and Critical Design Review (CDR)
- Experience integrating real-time models into a closed-loop simulation

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
