What does a successfulWarehouse Supervisor do?
As a Warehouse Supervisor at Fiserv, you will manage a team in our production facility warehouse. You will collaborate closely with customers and suppliers and delegate work to associates to achieve the appropriate level of volume within the time limits. You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure all established safety guidelines are followed by the warehouse team and help to lead all shipping, receiving, and packing room activities performed in the warehouse.
Lead team performance to meet or exceed company goals and objectives by providing on-going development of direct reports through timely coaching and counseling, positive reinforcement, and honest, direct feedback
Understand product accountability, including monitoring external defects, incident reports, adhering to client service level agreements, monitoring liability issues and escalation to management when appropriate

How you will work:
- You will work an assigned schedule of Sunday evening through Friday morning, 10:30pm - 8:00am.
- Eligible to earn shift differential pay for working the 3rd shift
- This role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
- This role requires frequent moving and/or carrying of materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- This role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift; safely lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds; lift above your shoulders; and climb, squat, kneel, twist, push, and bend frequently during each shift.
