Job Summary Details: The Lead Pit Tech Operator (forklift) is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners.
Pay: $22.50 - $22.50 an hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Shifts: Sunday - Wednesday 6:00pm - 4:30am or Wednesday - Saturday 6:00pm - 4:30am

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Customer service experience
• One (1) year of similar work experience
Essential Functions
- Operates Industrial Lift and/or Tugger to assist in loading or moving materials for Yardage.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Must learn to bale cardboard, run a trash compactor, and operate a tow tractor in order to keep production running smoothly
. Break down and recycle cardboard in the assigned area in a distribution or fulfillment center to be disposed of.
· Utilize power industrial trucks (PIT) to collect corrugate and recycling from one designated area to another within the site
· Operate baler, auger, and trash compactor, sweep floors, support cleaning team, empty trash and wood bins throughout the site
· Corrugate Tech must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
