About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Securities Product Owner - Vice President to join our Product team. This role will focus on Structured Products Group (SPG) products and workflows.
In this role, you will:- Define and own the SPG product vision and roadmap, aligning with Wells Fargo's growth objectives.
- Facilitate frequent collaboration between Lines of Businesses, Product, Technology, COO, Control, Compliance and other partner teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Influence executive stakeholders and governance forums to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources.
- Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimization.
- Drive enhancements in trading capabilities, electronic execution, and risk management tools.
- Ensure compliance with OCC, FRB, NFA, and Wells Fargo's risk frameworks.
- Champion robust controls and governance across product development processes.
- Work within an Agile Product Development framework (e.g. Scrum, etc.), workflow and collaboration tools, such as Confluence & Jira to document and deliver business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Mentor and develop junior product managers; foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- 5+ years of industry related experience
- Experience with SPG (e.g. ABS, CMBS, CMO, ARM, Whole Loans, CMBX)
- Prior experience in product development, product management, or change management capacity
- Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, at all levels of the organization, including senior executive-level leadership
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint) and reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau) skills
- A BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, engineering, math, economics, finance, or related field

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$119,000.00 - $224,000.00
