Job Summary Details: The Command Center Attendant maintains the efficient flow of traffic within the parking garage using a computer-operated control panel to open and close entrance and exit lanes as assigned by the manager.

Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.
• No experience required and on the job training provided.
Preferred Qualifications: • One (1) year of prior multi-line reception experience or dispatching experience preferred
Responsibilities: The employee will;
- answer customer calls, which are initiated by the "help" button on pay machines and will assist customers or attendants with needs related to entrance and exit protocol.
- The command center attendant will provide daily activity reports to the manager and will perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Answering customer and client inquiries via phone, entrance or exit lanes
- Providing excellent customer service to attendants and parking customers
- Resolving customer complaints
- Operating parking control panel as appropriate times
- Maintaining consistent communication with parking management and coworkers
- General computer use
