What you´ll do
- The Senior Customer Account Specialist is responsible for a portfolio of retail customer accounts, is the voice of the customer within the Henkel Supply Chain and is a subject matter expert within the order-to-cash process.
- Assist in the implementation of customer specific supply chain initiatives that create value for both the customer and for Henkel.
- Must be able to challenge the status quo, root cause issues and bring solutions that help make the value chain more efficient.
- Influence customer and department KPI’s and goals, while driving continuous improvement with a growth mindset.
- Analyze customer service levels, in-stocks and on-time customer metric and develop action plans to achieve or improve key performance indicators.
- Review and make recommendations regarding customer data, order size, order frequency, and customer penalties, look for trends and opportunities to improve results.
