Work you’ll do
The Marketing Cloud AI Architect helps design, build, and manage the AI solutions we design for our clients on cloud platforms (like AWS, Azure, GCP), acting as the crucial link between marketing strategy and technical execution by creating scalable, secure, and efficient AI infrastructure, overseeing implementation, and ensuring solutions meet goals while managing complexity and stakeholders. This person will bridge technical cloud infrastructure with AI innovation, focusing on AI strategy, design, development, deployment, and governance.
As a Marketing Cloud AI Architect, you will drive:
- Strategy & Design: Translate business needs into technical AI/ML roadmaps, designing scalable cloud architecture for AI services.
- Development & Implementation: Oversee the build, deployment, and integration of AI models and applications on cloud platforms.
- Infrastructure Management: Ensure the cloud environment (compute, storage, networking) supports AI workloads effectively.
- Governance & Optimization: Manage security, compliance, cost, performance, and disaster recovery for AI solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with executives, developers, and other teams to define requirements, secure buy-in, and drive adoption.
The team
Deloitte's Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team creates content and experiences that inspire action. We design and implement technology platforms for personalized marketing across all digital touchpoints, specializing in customer-centric B2B and B2C solutions. Our in-house agency engages customers throughout their journey, working on projects like AdTech, MarTech, campaign automation, CRM, and lead-to-loyalty orchestration. Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience with AIML concepts and algorithms
- 5+ years of experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/Agentic/Data services.
- 3+ years of technology architecture experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Marketing technology knowledge and experience a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,800 to $241,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
