Job Summary
The Facility Procurement Manager is accountable for leading procurement operations across multiple facilities, ensuring strategic alignment, cost optimization, and compliance with corporate standards. This position oversees supplier relationships, manages purchasing processes, and drives initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, mitigate risks, and support continuous improvement. Additionally, the role is responsible for administering and consolidating procurement data for Site Buyer teams across at least two facilities.
Daily Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Leadership:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for facility services, maintenance, and capital projects.
- Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation programs.
Supplier Management & Escalations:
- Manage critical supplier relationships, including escalations and performance reviews.
- Conduct supplier meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
Operational Oversight:
- Monitor open purchase orders, goods receipt reports, and inventory demand to maintain operational continuity.
- Oversee purchasing coverage and quotation turnaround times to meet project deadlines.
Project & Process Management:
- Support NPI (New Product Introduction) readiness and S&OP supplier meetings.
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean initiatives and OPEX status reviews.
- Manage special projects such as MOQ and RV optimization, price change communications, and material strategy planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with HR for leadership programs and coaching sessions.
- Partner with planning, logistics, and trade compliance teams to resolve escalations and ensure smooth operations.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate reporting on MG status, PPAP revisions, and build discussions for critical parts.
- Ensure adherence to corporate procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in international business, Administration, Industrial Engineering or related.
- Advanced English required.

Additional Information
The location for this position is available in Santa Catarina and Cienega de Flores. Required to work 5 days on-site.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm.
This position will require 40% travel, domestic and international.
Relocation is not available.
