Overview
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and flexible On-Call Cleaner to join our team. This position is responsible for providing cleaning and janitorial services at various client locations on an as-needed basis, primarily to cover shifts for absent employees. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in different environments with minimal supervision.
Pay: $19.00 an hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to assigned locations to perform cleaning duties as scheduled or on short notice.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, lobbies, and other common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding assignments and site-specific needs.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning required
- Ability to travel to multiple job sites within [City/Region]; reliable transportation required.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
