Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager leads the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-brand marketing strategies across Caliday, Elite Camp, and HWG Properties in partnership with the Chief Marketing Officer. The role owns the development and delivery of initiatives that drive enrollment, engagement, and brand visibility through content creation, campaign execution, digital management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
- 3–5+ years of marketing experience in multi-brand or multi-location organizations
- Experience managing social media and creating digital content
- Proficiency with graphic design and basic video editing tools
- Strong writing, organization, and project management skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and CMS systems
- Ability to apply data-driven decision-making while managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- Prior experience in building and executing complete marketing strategies
- Prior experience in managing 3rd party vendor relationships
- Prior experience in leveraging marketing analytics to drive results
Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong functional MS Office knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point
- Thorough knowledge and use of CRMs
- Innovative thinking, strong analytical skills, and effective leadership skills
- Knowledge and understanding of best practices and uses for traditional, digital, public relations and grassroots marketing efforts
- Skills in overseeing record-keeping, statistical analysis, and data management
- Willing to travel to offsite meetings, vendors, trade shows and industry conferences as necessary (Approximately 10-25% of the time)
