About this Position The role is responsible for driving sales and business development for Adhesives across Tapes and Labels in the North & East India region. The position will be based out of the Gurgaon (NCR) office and will require extensive travel across the assigned geography.
What you´ll do
- Candidate will be responsible for managing sales & business development for Adhesives in Tapes, Labels, Graphics, Medical segments covering North & East India accounts positioned at Gurgaon NCR Office traveling extensively to cover the Geography.
- Prospecting for new business opportunities while managing existing customer base of Direct Accounts & Distributors.
- Drives sales development and growth. Executes local sales plans for assigned accounts in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers. Maintain control on the payment recovery as Complete Sales Cycle.
- Work through the sales process to identify, quantify and justify the appropriate value proposition for the individual customer matching their needs with our capabilities to provide a solution.
- Works closely with Henkel cross functional teams to provide the best customer experience. Application Engineering, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Supply Planning. OTC etc…
- Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective CRM tool.
- Supports transactional processes to ensure compliance with corporate standards, e.g. price and contract management in the system.
- Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory.
- Coordinates with TCS to conduct line trials / resolve customer requests and complaints.
