What you´ll do
Scaling
- Drive Project opportunities pipeline and closes growth compared to the previous year
- Defensive Technical customer support to maintain current business
- Troubleshooting related to ACE projects for business retention
- Create test reports any relevant data to the project/opportunity
- Driving Project Pipeline Meetings/Connects using the AE KPI Dashboard
Lab Support related to projects
- Test Plan (coordination, logistics, Lab ops or AE test, Raise requests for HLSN tests)
- Report Writing and Review
- Product recommendation
- Request samples from labs for sales opportunities, Coordinate with colleagues across the region/cluster/globe for samples
- Lab Sample management in application engineering labs
- While working in the Lab or in the customer facilities, observe safety protocols, 5s, etc
- Active use of Albert for Lab inventory as well as test result capturing
Technical Customer support (Adhesives and equipment)
- Virtual call, e-mail, Phone calls
- Travel for Customer Application Trial/ Validation
- Collaborate with the KSI2 team to support target accounts and hero applications
- Mediate the special equipment request with equipment services to obtain quotes
- Troubleshoot adhesive/equipment related to technical issues
- Provide technical support level 2 for TIS for specific technologies
- Coordination with KSI2 AE team
- Support TSE for Value proposition creation/inputs
- Competitor Technical Benchmarking
- Use of internal calculation tools such as RetCalc and Pipe Repair Tool among others
- Product recommendation
Technical Training
- Organize and execute specific trainings
- Henkel U (new starter training, New Hire Sales/ Inductions trainings/AE Training, SX Trainings/Demo Tools training/Summer School)
- Loctite U (Technical distributor training, LSX)
- Trainings to support campaigns (e.g. Medical/Mining/etc.)
- Customer Technical training (virtual or on-site)
- Custom TSE request, BDM/Marketing training requests as per SGP
- Execute GSA Training Modules - Core/Hero Applications
- Application Engineering best practices
Support MOC's, PDP's, ADP's
- Build Launch Package (Training, ACH, TDS, NTWD, Videos)
- Sustainability Value proposition
