Janssen Benelux is looking for a skilled Product Specialist with commercial experience in thoracic oncology, to reinforce our commercial team in the region of North East Flanders.
PRODUCT SPECIALIST THORACIC ONCOLOGY North East Flanders
Your main task consists of connecting with our partners and providing them information & support on our products and expertise in the field of lung cancer. You do this by connecting with heath care partners (oncologists, pulmonologists, nurses, pharmacists and all other relevant partners).
You draw up an efficient account plan to support your daily visits and activities. You update this action plan regularly and are the customer's ‘conductor’; meaning that you act as the central point for your colleagues and reach the predefined goals together. Your planning skills help you to prepare your visits well and to market your products successfully, in line with our marketing and sales plan. You are also able to quickly master the scientific material you have learned, and to translate it according to the needs of your individual customers. This is part of the overall customer-centric service you are seeking, in which the patient is always at the centre. You are thoroughly familiar with your products and your customers, and, in this way, earn respect from customers and co-workers alike. It goes without saying that you know and follow the healthcare compliance rules.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are hiring a hard-working and experienced product specialist with high drive and dynamism, and familiarity with the hospital sector, preferably in (thoracic) oncology or pulmonology.
You have an education at Master's level in a medical/paramedical field. A different Master is possible if you have adequate knowledge and experience in scientific domains.
In addition, you are eager to learn, able to communicate with a broad range of different partners, and are driven by results
