Job Summary Details: Ambassador has a variety of duties providing quality service to customers and monthly parking with the goal of enhancing the customer experience. The Parking Ambassador must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.

Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
• No experience required and on the job training provided
Preferred Qualifications: • One (1) year of customer service or similar work experience preferred
Responsibilities:
• Act as a Welcome Ambassador for arriving passengers
• Greet and engage with passengers and offer informational assistance
• Communicate effectively with passengers regarding Parking and Shuttle services available
• Assist the with transporting passengers to onboard and offboard
• Work will primarily take place outside, including exposure to seasonal elements
• Coordinate passenger lines at check-in to ensure a smooth, orderly and efficient flow of passengers during peak times
• Report hazards and incidents encountered in daily operation
• Follow safety precautions at all times
